Continual professional development is just as important in the winter sports industry as it is in any professional or corporate environment. This weekend as part of the professional development of the Simply Snowsports Crew, Don Kjorven, a senior mentor for the CSIA (there are only 2!) ran a two day update. Don is considered by many as the 'Yoda' of ski teaching in Canada and we always look forwards to his sessions.
